Here are the facts about BWA’s YouTube channel:

Frequency new videos are added: About twice a month.

Frequency full shows are added: On average a little more than once a month.

Total views of the most popular video: 1,033

BWA is a tiny independent promotion based in Yorkshire county in the United Kingdom. They draw small crowds and offer family friendly entertainment. Apparently BWA also has a shoestring budget to work with as videos are filmed with one camera and have no added commentary, Some matches are even shot on a tripod with no movement from the camera. Other matches have an actual cameraman filming the action to better follow wherever the wrestlers may go. At any rate at least the footage is clear. As may be expected no big names wrestle for the company. The channel mostly consists of full shows though there are two standalone matches featuring local English talent Gareth Angel, Brett Bell and Lomax. Aside from their YouTube channel, BWA also has a website (only ever updated once) and an active Facebook page.

Gareth Angel vs. Lomax

Some of the action for this match is tough to see because the referee, like a big doofus, blocks the only camera covering the action. Gareth Angel first goes to the ropes to try a second rope clothesline, but misses and ends up getting knocked off the apron. Angel doesn’t stay outside for long and when he comes back inside Lomax immediately slams him. The ring looks like it is going to fall apart from the impact of the slam. In fact, after this move you might notice the two appear to be holding back throughout the match for fear of breaking the ring. Lomax next hits a suplex, but it is not long before he gets planted with a DDT. During all of this Angel is getting chants of  “angel cakes.” It really seems like something a heckler would yell rather than a fan, but Angel is the face of the match and tries to work the crowd.

After there is some more back and forth Angel explodes with two clotheslines and a neckbreaker. Angel also lands yet another clothesline into one corner and hits an elbow from the second rope. Lomax hits a powerslam though sadly he does not channel The British Bulldog and run into it. There are some back and forth punches that one kid seems really into while a bunch more kids on-camera aren’t even paying attention to the match. Angel doesn’t help matters by attacking Lomax with a Lou Thesz press and punching like a sissy. What next? Is Angel going to try to scratch Lomax’s eyes out? Angel never gets the chance because he taps to Lomax in short order as Lomax wrenches his opponent’s neck.
