PPW is a promotion running out of Pelham, North Carolina that mostly holds shows in North Carolina and Virginia. The promotion chiefly features regional stars though some bigger names have popped up. Some of the more prominently featured wrestlers on the channel are Ric Converse, “Handsome” Jimi Love and “Sudden Impact” Louis Moore. Also, out of all the former mustachioed people in the world, Ricky Morton, makes an appearance by wrestling in a six man match. PPW at one point had some affiliation with the Allied Independent Wrestling Federations (AIWF), but since hide nor hair of them can be found of them on AIWF’s website it looks like they either were never officially a member, didn’t have much of an affiliation or severed ties. Some traces of this partnership can be found on the channel such as Jimi Love defending the AIWF World Heavyweight Championship. Looking further into the content of the channel it is a decent place for no frills, straight up wrestling with the production quality to match. Matches can run for nearly half an hour. Nothing else is featured on the channel aside from full matches and a couple of shortened bouts. There is no commentary, onscreen graphics or anything of the sort. There is just clean video with good lighting filmed from a fixed camera and matches.

“Sudden Impact” Louis Moore vs. “Handsome” Jimi Love
This was the main event of the first ever PPW Superclash show, which has become a major annual PPW event since this one was held in 2011. To start things off with a bang “Handsome” Jimi Love defended his AIWF World Heavyweight Championship against “Sudden Impact” Louis Moore in a cage match.
Moore comes out and demands, “Get Jimi out here.” After some delay “Firestarter” by The Prodigy plays and Love comes out to brawl with Moore. The two fight off camera for awhile, but viewers are shown when Love gains control of this one by back body dropping Moore on the floor after a piledriver attempt.
Back inside Love performs an even bigger back body drop and stays in charge of the match until Moore nails him with a high knee. A while later Moore causes a ref bump and a bogus referee comes out to try to give Moore the fast count, the victory and most importantly the AIWF World Heavyweight Championship. Love still kicks out and takes care of the bogus ref with a stunner from the fireman’s carry position. The champ then just has a beaten Moore to think about…or so he thinks. More piledrives the ref causing the match to extend for a while longer. Love doesn’t take kindly to the referee abuse or being abused by Moore himself and ends the performance by showing that to his foe.
