Serenity vs. ThunderKitty
Serenity is a 23 year-old wrestler from Illinois who wrestled a fair amount from 2011 to 2013, but has since kind of vanished. In this 2012 bout from IWA: Midwest, Serenity wrestles ThunderKitty at IWA: Midwest Until the Next Episode.
Serenity starts the match off by attacking ThunderKitty from behind. Odd, given the names that Serenity is the one who has her claws out. Serenity continues the beating with some forearms and some stomping before throwing ThunderKitty out of the ring.
ThunderKitty battles back and hits Serenity with a water bottle of all things. All that is taking away from this back and forth is Ian Rotten on commentary implying that he slept with Serenity and calling her his, “10 and one.” You know, since Serenity is prized above a perfect 10. Yuck! No matter how attractive the girl is, no one wants to imagine Ian Rotten having sex. If you disagree then e-mail me here as you must be a genuinely fascinating person and I must interview you. Rotten also makes some silly jabs at ThunderKitty implying she is Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah at different points.
Getting back to the in-ring action Serenity punishes ThunderKitty with some chops in the corner. You’d think to make her stop ThunderKitty would just shout, “Serenity now!” I’m sorry for the lame joke. I’ve been watching a lot of Seinfeld lately. Anyway, the two trade some kicks to the quads. If this is the style of matches IWA: Mid-West showcases then Kevin Nash should never work there.
For the finish ThunderKitty charges at Serenity, but Serenity pushes her down with both feet. Serenity cheats by using the ropes illegally for leverage.
